From first-time players to nationally ranked travel teams, WNC Flag is built on development, sportsmanship, community, and opportunity. With divisions for boys and girls, exciting gameday atmospheres, tournaments, player recognition, and a passion for growing the game, we are proud to help shape the next generation of athletes across WNC.

Behind WNC Flag is a passionate group of volunteers, coaches, parents, and community leaders who are deeply invested in youth athletics across Western North Carolina. Our board members bring years of experience in coaching, program development, event organization, and mentorship, along with a shared commitment to creating a positive and competitive environment for every athlete. As active members of the community, we understand the importance of teamwork, leadership, family involvement, and providing opportunities for kids to grow both on and off the field.
